Bisquit figure from Royal Copenhagen depicting "Jason with the golden fleece" by the Danish sculptor Bertel Thorvaldsen (1770-1844), who began the production of this figure in Rome in 1800. The plaster model completed in 1803. The the final version in marble was finally completed in 1828 (242 cm high). This smaller reproduction was made at the factory at the end of the 19th century. Has damage as shown in the photographs. Among other things. an injury can be seen on the right thigh! The factory mark with the factory's well-known three blue waves on the underside.
