Bisquit porcelain flowerpot from Bing & Grondahl with motifs by the danish sculptor Bertel Thorvaldsen (1770-1844). One depicts "Cupid with a Swan and Boys Picking Fruit" ("Summer"). The second "Cupid and the young Bacchus stomp grapes" ("The harvest"). Both modeled in Rome 1811. This reproduction from B&G was made in the middle of the 20th century. Appears in perfect condition. 1st grade. Dimensions: H. 15½ cm and top diameter of 22½ cm.
