Rare orchid vase from the Flamingo series, designed by Per Lütken in 1953.
Flamingo consisted of a teardrop-shaped vase in two sizes, an ashtray in the same shape and this horizontal vase.

The vase is signed Holmegaard 1961 PL.
It is slightly sanded at the end which is on the table. It's a little smooth.
The vase is in good condition with a few surface marks.
