Georg Jensen was founded in Copenhagen in 1904 by silversmith Georg Jensen (1866–1935). The company became internationally recognised for combining Scandinavian craftsmanship with Art Nouveau-inspired forms and exceptional silverwork. Today, Georg Jensen remains one of the most important names in Danish design history.
