Bio:
Anna-Lisa Thomson (1905–1952) was one of the most influential Swedish ceramic artists of the 20th century and worked for many years with Upsala Ekeby. Her work is defined by nature-inspired motifs, tactile surfaces, and a refined balance between studio sensibility and industrial production. Thomson played a key role in shaping modern Swedish ceramics during the 1930s and 1940s.
